The MAS AMIEL vineyard embodies a true viticultural heritage, shaped by the diversity of micro-terroirs found across its parcels.Each plot (approximately 2 hectares) has its own identity — in terms of exposure, location, altitude — as well as its own soil type (calcareous schist, gneiss, mica schist, etc.) and grape varieties (Carignan, Grenache, Lladoner Pelut).

Examples include the Sainte Eugénie plot, planted in 1900, Cabirou in 1914, Grenache and Lladoner Pelut on granite, and Carignan on calcareous schist.
